Which VOA form should i use?
Different types of business get their own Special category code (or SCAT) issued by the VOA, this code number forms the basis on which the rates are being assessed. Select the form that applies to your business code type.
What if i do not know the businesses VOA code?
If you do not know your code and need to check which category your business is being rated under visit the VOA portal and search for the business and the code by clicking here – once you have found the business scroll down the page – expand the Valuation Details section and the Special category code that applies to your business will be listed there.
