For any subscribers please note our Cancellation Policy: You can cancel any subscription at any point. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, no refunds will be provided. Your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the current billing period, and no subsequent charges will be applied. Initially, please cancel your subscription on the link provided in your sign up email or by visiting the Stripe payment portal link here . Failing that, you can email the office to see if we can help admin@rhandl.co.uk
Note as of JAN 2026, if you “raise a dispute” to cancel a subscription, Stripe will charge for the dispute management (approx £20). We reserve the right to pass this charge on to the subscriber as this charge can be easily avoided by using the Stripe link here or by emailing us. Please think before raising a dispute using Stripe, as it could come at a cost to you.
